highly-qualified candidates for the position of
SERVICENOW DEVELOPER.

 Examples Of Duties:
  • Develop and deliver Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB)/Asset implementations and transition Configuration Items (CI's)/Assets from legacy solutions to ServiceNow
  • Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis
  • Support IT configuration management database including classes, configurable items, attributes, relationships, and reporting.
  • Configure ServiceNow Discovery, Mid Servers, and Orchestration
  • Maintain discovery and manual updates to the CMDB
  • Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML and CSS
  • Fulfill requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications
  • Update and maintain customized portal web pages in ServiceNow using Bootstrap and AngularJS JavaScript frameworks
  • Manage scripting and maintenance of notification, approvals, business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
  • Hands-on assistance with report generating using ServiceNow data
  • Integrate and support third-party software and APIs with ServiceNow
  • Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow
  • Work with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow
  • Advise functional and admin teams on governance, design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices

The current vacancy is a Limited-Term position, which could last for up to three years. Limited Term employees are extra-help, at will employees, who receive medical and dental benefits, similar to regular employees, and a defined contribution retirement plan (401A). The eligible list generated from this recruitment may be used to fill future limited term, extra-help, unclassified, and regular classified vacancies.
